    @WangTaoTheTonic what is the motivation for binding to a different host 
other than `0.0.0.0`? IIUC binding to `0.0.0.0` means you bind to all local 
interfaces. If we make this configurable then we're essentially allowing the 
user to bind to an address that is not part of this machine, which doesn't make 
sense.
