Currently we un-cache tables in several commands like DROP TABLE, TRUNCATE TABLE, etc. and now we find more missing places like CREATE VIEW. Instead of un-caching tables in the commands, I feel it's better to do it in low-level basic operations like `SessionCatalog.dropTable`.
