Even without this change you can still view the `queryExecution` of a DDL
command that has an error. I don't see how making it lazy eases debugging.
In contrast, without the eager analysis flag, it was impossible to even
construct dataframes that were deemed invalid by the analyzer (even if it was
actually a bug in the analyzer).
