    Register PrimitiveKeyOpenHashMap in GraphKryoRegistrator

    The EdgePartition.index field is a PrimitiveKeyOpenHashMap[VertexId, Int], 
but this is not registered with Kryo, sometimes causing the exception below. 
This PR registers this class.
