Another ways is to get access to the following list in
`DateTimeFormatterBuilder`:
```java
private final List<DateTimePrinterParser> printerParsers = new ArrayList<>();
```
via reflection, and find `NumberPrinterParser` with `field` ==
`ChronoField.YEAR_OF_ERA`.
