Looks like if `defaultCores` is not set, Spark will choose `Int.MaxValue`
as a requestedCores, which will be displayed in the UI as:
I think this **Cores Requested** may be a little confused, I think it would
be better to set as *MAX*, what's your opinion, @andrewor14.
