This PR combines `CustomShuffledRowRDD` and `LocalShuffledRowRDD` into `ShuffledRowRDD`, and creates `CustomShuffleReaderExec` to unify and replace all existing AQE readers: `CoalescedShuffleReaderExec`, `LocalShuffleReaderExec` and `SkewJoinShuffleReaderExec`. ### Why are the changes needed? To reduce code redundancy. ### Does this PR introduce any user-facing change? No. ### How was this patch tested? Passed existing UTs.
