Not that I can see. They are at least enabled as warnings in the build
output now. According to

Features that existed in Scala 2.9 and that are now controlled by a feature
flag will trigger a warning when they are used where the flag is not enabled.
In a future major Scala version that warning might be turned into an error.

So, maybe later. In fact dealing with this now is a good bit of
future-proofing. (Related: going to send over a different PR shortly regarding
octal literals, which are removed entirely in 2.11 and a warning now in 2.10)
And I suppose at some point it bears considering whether the uses of these
'advanced' language features are called for. Probably yes in most cases.
