Thanks for fixing the merge issue! The MIMA test failure is from the
constructor for NaiveBayesModel having changed. To fix that, I'd recommend
adding another constructor which does not take modelType but sets it to the old
default of Multinomial.
I'll try to make a close pass through the code ASAP.
