Changed minimum token length to 1 and removed the excluded bit.
Added matching param which allows to switch from matching regex to
splitting regex.
Reduced length of Param doc so that lines are smaller than 100 chars
RegEx is now regex and type String
StopWord param has been removed as it should be it's own feature
modification.
Need to add param doc and unit test
