    Added Companion Object for LogisticRegressionWithLBFGS

    I added companion object for LogisticRegressionWithLBFGS. 
LogisticRegressionWithSGD can use method train() for creating model instance, 
but LogisticRegressionWithLBFGS cannot use it because it does not have 
companion object. It will be more clear to use than before.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/kazk1018/spark dev

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/4915.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
