Ah, wasn't aware of that. Yeah, there might be a way to consolidate them
somehow. The current advantages of `ChainedBuffer` over
`ByteArrayChunkOutputStream` are that it provides the ability to read from an
arbitrary position and allows writes to cross chunk boundaries.
