    @sryza `KryoSerializer.maxBufferSize` is used only in 
`KryoSerializer.newKryoOutput`, which, in turn, is used only in 
`KryoSerializerInstance`. `KryoSerializationStream` uses output passed in 
arguments, so `spark.kryoserializer.buffer.max.mb` doesn't affect it. Same 
applies to `JavaIterableWrapperSerializer`.
