[SPARK-5186][branch-1.2] Vector.hashCode is not efficient
Backport @hhbyyh 's hasCode implementation to branch-1.2. This causes
performance issues with PySpark, which calls hashCode
(https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-6288).
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/mengxr/spark SPARK-5186-1.2
