[SPARK-6352] [SQL] Add DirectParquetOutputCommitter
Add a DirectParquetOutputCommitter class that skips _temporary directory
when saving to s3. Add new config value
"spark.sql.parquet.useDirectParquetOutputCommitter" (default false) to choose
between the default output committer.
