The current tests completely mock out this behavior, see `org.apache.spark.deploy.k8s.submit.ClientSuite`, I think writing a test for this where we manipulate and fake the HTTP gone with a mock is not that useful. Maybe I can look into an integration test, but then I have to be able to trigger that a resource version changes.
