* Yes, slider does keytabs. For deploying things like HBase, Accumulo &
Storm, those keytabs will be around anyway.
* The trouble with keytabs is you need to go to the security bit of IT and
they will often turn you down.
* Because once that keytab is compromised you are in trouble: and wont even
know you are in trouble
* The other tactic is client-side refresh of tickets, over a
kerberos-authed IPC channel.
which is what Twill does
* at which point you worry about that client staying up/being restarted.
This patch takes the Twill path.
YARN does refresh the AM/RM tokens, and (Hadoop 2.6+) fixes up the tokens
so that a restarted
AM can have its resources localised and that initial 7 days of HDFS access.
That's something to include in a functional test with a cluster set to expire
tokens every hour.
