I added all the testcases for ml.QuadraticSolver...the driver is through
MovieLensALS right now where --userConstraint and --productConstraint can be
specified...For sparse coding it will be --userConstraint SMOOTH
--productConstraint SPARSE for example...we can set appropriate regParam...the
elastic net parameter beta is set at 0.99...
I have to add ml.ALS flow test-cases now for Sparse Coding and LSA
constraints...
