    New RDD.pipeWithPartition method

    This method allows building command line args and process environement map
    using partition as an argument.
    
    Use case for this feature is to provide additional informatin about the 
partition to spawned application in case where partitioner provides it (like in 
cassandra connector).
    
    Also it provides simpler and more intuitive alternative for 
printPipeContext function.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/redbaron/spark RDD-pipeWithPartition
