[SPARK-6603] [PySpark] [SQL] add SQLContext.udf and deprecate inferSchema()
and applySchema
This PR create an alias for `registerFunction` as `udf.register`, to be
consistent with Scala API.
It also deprecated inferSchema() and applySchema(), show an warning for
them.
