Hm, I think there are maybe 10 more examples of this pattern that could be
touched up in the code base. `MapOutputTracker` has one, another in
`PythonRDD`, `HttpBroadcast` has one, etc. In some cases the stream isn't
cleaned up.
Maybe it's a good time to pause to ask if anyone else has thoughts either
way?
I favor cleaning this up, at least the non-test, non-example, core
instances.
