Review comment:
       Doesn't `RemoveNoopOperators` check if the outputs are semantically 
equal? Is `cast(v#1 as decimal(11,0)) AS v#1` semantically equal to `v#1`? 
`Canonicalize` should keep `cast` and `alias`.
