Is it not possible to create that simple patch that removes DISTINCT
aggregation expressions?
We only add `distinct` as a field value in `AggregateExpresion`, and then
`SUM`/`COUNT` switches an aggregation strategy, DISTNCT or not, by using
the current `AggregationFunction` implementations.
