The `streaming` failure may be transient, but tests in `repl`, `mllib` and
`core` are failing consistently, 3 times now, while other test runs for other
PRs do not show this failure. The `FileServerSuite` test looks like it could
well be due to this change.
I probably should have had Jenkins test this earlier, even before it was
finalized, but yeah I didn't realize this wasn't passing tests even locally.
I'm not sure why you observe the test problem, but you can try
`./dev/run-tests` or `mvn -DskipTests clean package; mvn test`. `-X` is not
needed and I don't think that error message tells you anything except
"something else failed".
