I tested in HistoryServer and it did block the INFO level message.
I don't totally understand what you mean by `Do we need both or is Jetty
never going to show up un-shaded?`. You mean if it is necessary to block
un-shaded Jetty too? IIUC the answer is negative as un-shaded
Jetty(org.eclipse.jetty.xxx) is only used by users' applications.
