### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Currently, we verify path in `DataSourceAnalysis`, for partition table, it directly use table path to check(source table won't handle partition too). Move it to check before write in `InsertIntoHadoopFsRelationCommand` ### Why are the changes needed? Fix bug ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No ### How was this patch tested?
