Oops, sorry for the confusion. I meant "latter" instead of "former". That
is, I prefer `org.apache.spark.streaming.examples` over
`org.apache.spark.examples.streaming.`, because
1. Its natural to refer to them as "spark streaming examples"
2. Consistent with rest of the API, where all the streaming related stuff,
library and example alike, is in `org.apache.spark.streaming`
