### What changes were proposed in this pull request? `coresGranted`, `maxCores`, `coresPerExecutor` and `memoryPerExecutorMB`in `MutableApplicationInfo` always `None` and not reassigned or used by other code except for construct `ApplicationInfo`. The main change of this pr is Cleanup these and use `None` to construct `ApplicationInfo`. ### Why are the changes needed?
