[CORE] SPARK-6880: Fixed null check when all the dependent stages are
cancelled due to previous stage failure
Fixed null check when all the dependent stages are cancelled due to
previous stage failure. This happens when one of the executor node goes down
and all the dependent stages are cancelled.
