Add the following to ```JDBCTableCatalog``` - listNamespaces - listNamespaces(String[] namespace) - namespaceExists(String[] namespace) - loadNamespaceMetadata(String[] namespace) - createNamespace - alterNamespace - dropNamespace ### How was this patch tested?
