One thing I've realized is that I did not touch streaming programming
guide, and I think I should document this. But after checking
https://spark.apache.org/docs/latest/streaming-programming-guide.html, I could
not be sure where to document this property. Where is the most appropriate
place for documenting ``spark.streaming.minRememberDuration``? Should I put it
in the table given at
https://spark.apache.org/docs/latest/configuration.html#spark-streaming?
