### What changes were proposed in this pull request? remove USING _ in CREATE TABLE in JDBCTableCatalog docker tests ### Why are the changes needed? Previously CREATE TABLE syntax forces users to specify a provider so we have to add a USING _ . Now the problem was fix and we need to remove it. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
