@jkbradley Thanks for looking into the PR.
Sounds good. With so much discussion going on over introducing neural nets,
I was not sure myself about this. I will make this into a package and see if I
can run some experiments on it (i am on a tight schedule, might take sometime
for that), though in most of the experiments I ran LR usual performs better
with dropout than without.
