If we're being super pedantic, I write `SPARK-xxxx [COMPONENT] ...` and
that's what I'll enshrine in the contributing wiki update. I'd say no
brackets... well I don't feel strongly but if that's what's in the code and
what I think people are mostly doing, let's leave that.
