Notice that the
[`RLDecoder`](https://github.com/amplab/shark/blob/master/src/main/scala/shark/memstore2/column/CompressedColumnIterator.scala#L91)
in Shark has the same bug fixed in
[`RunLengthEncoding.decoder`](https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/608/files#diff-8e32581d8425cf6d330252a2bf68333bL160),
and may lose repeated values. @rxin
