### What changes were proposed in this pull request? 1. Add `renamePartition()` to the `SupportsPartitionManagement` 2. Implement `renamePartition()` in `InMemoryPartitionTable` 3. Add v2 execution node `AlterTableRenamePartitionExec` 4. Resolve the logical node `AlterTableRenamePartition` to `AlterTableRenamePartitionExec` for v2 tables that support `SupportsPartitionManagement` 5. Move v1 tests to the base suite `org.apache.spark.sql.execution.command.AlterTableRenamePartitionSuiteBase` to run them for v2 table catalogs. ### Why are the changes needed? To have feature parity with Datasource V1. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? Yes ### How was this patch tested?
