@selvinsource Could you check whether the following libraries have
Apache-compatible license?
* FastInfoset-1.2.12.jar
* istack-commons-runtime-2.16.jar
* jsr173_api-1.0.jar
* pmml-model-1.1.7.jar
* pmml-schema-1.1.7.jar
This PR also upgrades `jaxb` and `activation`. We need to make sure this is
a compatible change. Or we can use an older version of `jpmml`.
I will send you a PR that updates the code style. Then I will make another
pass on the implementation.
