DROP PARTITION` 2. v1 In-Memory and Hive external catalogs for `ALTER TABLE .. ADD PARTITION` 3. v1 In-Memory and Hive external catalogs for `ALTER TABLE .. RENAME PARTITION` ### Why are the changes needed? To improve test coverage. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No ### How was this patch tested?
