Review comment:
`Analyzer` call the `TypeCoercion` and the latter cast byte|short to
integer.
checkConsistencyBetweenInterpretedAndCodegenAllowingException cannot uses
`Analyzer`, so the BitwiseGet get the byte as input and throw
`java.lang.ClassCastException: java.lang.Byte cannot be cast to
java.lang.Integer`.
