### What changes were proposed in this pull request? 1. Extend the `TableCatalog` by new method `truncateTable()` 2. Implement new method in `BasicInMemoryTableCatalog` ### Why are the changes needed? To support `TRUNCATE TABLE` for v2 tables. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? Should not. ### How was this patch tested?
