@kevinpetersavage @tdas I really like some of the ideas in that PR. We
(Typesafe) are getting to something very close with our Spark Streaming work,
except with block sizes that are dynamic.
@kevinpetersavage Mind doing some early review work on an upcoming design
document that addresses the same problem ?
