@tgravescs - I tested this by running an app for several hours with renewal
interval set to 10 mins and max life time set to 20.
I killed an executor after many hours and the new one picked up the tokens
and wrote fine. Killing the AM also worked and the new AM logged into the KDC
immediately and got fresh tokens.
