[SPARK-7223] Rename RPC askWithReply -> askWithReply, sendWithReply -> ask.
The old naming scheme was very confusing between askWithReply and
sendWithReply. I also divided RpcEnv.scala into multiple files.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/rxin/spark rpc-rename
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
