In this PR, I enabled parsing literals as ANSI intervals instead of the existing CalendarIntervalType. This affects many tests in fact. @cloud-fan @yaooqinn @AngersZhuuuu @HyukjinKwon @maropu @dongjoon-hyun Could you help me to review the changes, please.
