In the latest update, there're two major changes: 1) Only unset the `isNettyOOMOnShuffle` when `NettyUtils.freeDirectMemory() > averageRemoteBlockSize` 2) Defer blocks in batch, see `enqueueDeferredFetchRequestIfNecessary`.
