LGTM. Merged into master. Thanks! @selvinsource I created SPARK-7272 for
the user guide and assigned it to you. Let me know if you don't have time to do
it. Btw, please submit your PMML evaluator code as a Spark package at
spark-packages.org. Due to license issues, we cannot include them as example
code in the Spark codebase. But PMML model scoring is quite important.
