### What changes were proposed in this pull request? This proposes to document the available metrics for ExecutorAllocationManager in the Spark monitoring documentation. ### Why are the changes needed? The ExecutorAllocationManager is instrumented with metrics using the Spark metrics system. The relevant work is in SPARK-7007 and SPARK-33763 ExecutorAllocationManager metrics are currently undocumented. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
