Review comment:
       This is also removed same reason as 
https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/32204/files#r630662846.
   
   It's documented in [Generic File Source 
Options](https://spark.apache.org/docs/latest/sql-data-sources-generic-options.html#modification-time-path-filters),
 but should we keep it though ?
