Thanks for the input, @bozhang2820 ! Nice point on behavior with Trigger.Once. @satishgopalani Let's go with extending ReadLimit. ReadMinRows is OK, but we may also need some container type of ReadLimit as well to accept both ReadMinRows and ReadMaxRows.
