Hit a [failed UT](https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/branch-2.4/sql/core/src/test/scala/org/apache/spark/sql/execution/columnar/InMemoryColumnarQuerySuite.scala#L491) which woudl handle [CachedRDDBuilder](https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/branch-2.4/sql/core/src/main/scala/org/apache/spark/sql/execution/columnar/InMemoryRelation.scala#L45) after backporting https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/32557 to spark 2.4.
